2. Made-to-Order Products & Catalog

All items sold on our Site are made to order (custom printed specifically upon placement of your order).

• We make every effort to display product colors, imagery, and design placement as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on monitor/screen settings and printing processes.

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or design at any time without notice.

3. Pricing & Payments

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Prices listed on the Site do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges, which are calculated and added at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions.

4. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Because all products are custom made-to-order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or customer error once an order has entered production.

• Manufacturing & Printing Defects: If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or with an incorrect item/size than what was ordered, we will promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional charge to you.

• Claims Window: You must report any defects or issues within 30 days of delivery by emailing support@foxfireandfable.com with your order number and photo evidence of the issue.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery of the item to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including graphics, logos, t-shirt artwork, illustrations, text, and digital downloads—is the property of Foxfire & Fable and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, duplication, or copying of our designs or content is strictly prohibited.

7. Giveaways & Promotions

Any contests, sweepstakes, or giveaways made available through the Site or associated social media channels shall be governed by specific official rules announced at the time of the promotion. Participation indicates acceptance of those specific rules and these Terms.
